App Galaxies ("App Galaxies," "we," "us," or "our") builds and operates the mobile apps Glowmax, Supagain, and Pebzli (together, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Apps, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect the email address and name you provide, or an identifier from Apple or Google if you use their sign-in. Some Apps (such as Pebzli) support anonymous sign-in, where we create an account for you without collecting personal identifiers.
Content you create
We store the content you create in the Apps — for example, your habits and logs (Pebzli), your predictions and posts (Supagain), and your face scans, scores, and profile details (Glowmax), including messages if you use social features.
Photos and facial analysis (Glowmax)
With your permission, Glowmax accesses your camera to capture selfies for a scan. Your scan is analyzed by our in-house fine-tuned AI models. The facial measurements used to compute your score are calculated on your device. To produce your full results, your face photo is sent to trusted third-party AI services that process it on our behalf: Google detects skin, eye, and hair features on every scan, and Replicate generates AI image transformations only when you choose one (such as Try a Look, Hairstyle, Future You, or AI 10/10). We ask for your explicit permission in the app before your first scan. We do not use your face to identify you, your photos are never used to train any AI model, and we do not share facial data with advertisers. Your scan photos are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage bucket (Supabase Storage) and your scores in our encrypted database; a photo is transmitted to the AI services above only through a short-lived, expiring signed link. We automatically delete your stored scan photos on a schedule you control in the app — by default after 7 days, and selectable between 1 and 30 days — and you can delete any individual scan, or your entire account and all associated photos, at any time from Settings → Account.
Usage and device data
We collect how you interact with the Apps along with device model, operating system and app version, language, and diagnostic or crash data, so we can fix problems and improve the experience.
Purchase data
We collect your subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we do not receive your full payment card details.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Apps and their features.
- To personalize your experience — for example, generating your glow-up plan, rankings, and recommendations.
- To keep the Apps safe and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To analyze usage and improve our products.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Social and public features
Some features display certain information to other users. Glowmax rankings, leaderboards, and compare features, and Supagain's community and public accuracy records, may show information such as your username, scores, or predictions. Glowmax Match (18+) lets you connect and message other users; the profile information you choose to reveal and the messages you send are shared with the people you connect with. You control what you share, and you can block or report other users at any time.
4. Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Apps. They process data on our behalf under their own terms, and include: authentication and database hosting (Supabase), subscription management (RevenueCat), product analytics (PostHog), crash and error reporting (Sentry), and sign-in and payment processing (Apple and Google).
For Glowmax specifically, your face scan photo is shared with the following AI processors so we can return your results: Google for skin, eye, and hair feature analysis on every scan, and Replicate, Inc. for AI image transformations you choose to generate. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function, act on our instructions, and do not use your photos to train their own models.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party ads. We share information only: with the service providers listed above; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; with content you choose to post publicly or share through social features; and with your consent. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account — along with your scans and content — at any time from within the App (in Glowmax, this is one tap under Settings → Account), or by emailing support@appgalaxies.com. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Glowmax face photos. Your uploaded scan photos are automatically deleted from our storage on a schedule you control in the app — by default after 7 days, and selectable to 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days under Settings → Notifications. Your numeric scores may be retained after the photos are deleted so your progress timeline is preserved. Deleting a scan removes its photos immediately, and deleting your account removes all of your photos, scans, and derived data within 30 days.
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and store credentials and secrets using secure, platform-provided storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
8. Children
The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and Glowmax Match is limited to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights in-app or by emailing us. Because we do not sell your personal data, there is no sale to opt out of. You can manage notification and tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
