Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile apps Glowmax, Supagain, and Pebzli(the "Apps"), provided by App Galaxies ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Apps. Glowmax's Match features are restricted to users who are 18 or older.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use and conduct

You agree not to misuse the Apps. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• In social or Match features: harass others, post nudity or exploitative content, spam, or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Apps.

Please use the in-app block and report tools when needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Informational use only

Glowmax provides aesthetic scores, plans, and projections for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or other professional advice — do not rely on them for health decisions, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Supagain provides market information and predictions for informational purposes only; it is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription (for example, Glowmax Premium), offered as auto-renewable subscriptions on weekly, monthly, and annual plans. For purchases made through Apple:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you purchase.

7. Apple standard EULA

Unless we provide a separate custom license, the App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Apps and all related content and technology, excluding content you create. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep the rights to content you create, and you grant us the license needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Galaxies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
