Common questions
I am getting an error when I try to sign in
First, make sure you are on the latest version of the app and have an active internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If you are still stuck, try a different sign-in method (email, Apple, or Google). If the error continues, email us at support@appgalaxies.com with your device model and OS version and we will get you back in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your app store. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select the app, and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Where available, you can delete your account from within the app under Settings → Account. You can also email support@appgalaxies.com from your account email and we will permanently delete your account and associated data. See the full account & data deletion guide for the exact steps and what gets removed or kept.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the Play Store order history. If you hit a snag, email us and we will help where we can.
Is my data private?
Yes. We process data on your device where possible, we do not run ad networks, and we never sell your data. Each app's full privacy policy and terms are available in-app under Settings, and here on the Privacy Policy page.
